Feeling the Monday blues? Head over to The Wash and do a little retail therapy at the Cart Sale event! There are tons of designers, oodles of good stuff to find and can’t be beat prices of 10L or under on everything. Tonight, we have a closer look at Hot Stuff, RnB Designs Furniture, Hatter’n Hell, Heartsick and Low prim Living.
Hot Stuff’s clothing is sexy and edgy – a great combination! The outfits look great on their own and can easily be mixed with items you already have to create some unique looks all your own.
RnB Designs Furniture traditionally brings us beautiful home items during Cart Sale events and they have outdone themselves this time around. The attention to detail, the superb texturing and the timelessness of the designs combine to make some truly special home furnishings.
Green seems to be the color of the month for Hatter’n Hell! They are offering a wide variety of items in keeping with the upcoming St. Patrick’s day tradition of wearing green. From hats to tea service, they have a little bit of everything for your pleasure.
Heartsick’s skins and shapes are always gorgeous, detailed and come in beautiful skin tones. This time around, they are offering skins for both regular and petite avs in simply luscious tones.
Low Prim Living’s items are exactly that – great home decor items that make your SL a more enjoyable space and don’t tip your prim counts into the stratosphere. They have a littel bit of everything, from a solo dance platform to rolled towels with a scattering of rose petals to a champagne bath for two.
The weekend is here and for those of you looking for something to do in SL, why not check out the Black Event going on at The Wash? Like the Cart Sales, everything at this event is 10L or under, plus the designers have all put out a free gift for shoppers. There are over 50 designers taking part, with everything from mesh and petite clothing to accessories, home furnishings, items for that special guy in your life – pretty much, you name it, someone has it for sale.
We’re taking a closer look at the great items from Low Prim Living, AIDORU and Nesti Sule with this post. If you have not visited The Wash yet, come on down – its a great way to spend some free time this Saturday.
We have another look at some of the terrific Cart Sale items available right now. Many of these items will be available at their regular price in the Cart designers’ main stores and some are Cart Sale exclusives that will not be available once the event ends. Don’t miss out on these great deals – come on down to The wash and take a look around!
First up, we took a peek at Low Prim Living’s cart. There are some great pieces for your home available from LPL, but our hands down favorite was the Lover’s Lap Chair. The animations were fun, the pieces themselves are well made and textured.
Ollie’s Follies has two very pretty collar/chokers on their cart, as well as matching anklet and arm bands for the floral collar. They also have a great little white bistro set available.
Out of the Trunk is one of my favorite stores in hunts and events like this because of the creativity and attention to detail they give all their designs. This time around, they have a couple of beautiful floaty summer tanks, capri length jeans and perfect little mules to tempt the shoppers.
Hump Day, folks – which means we all made it halfway to the weekend! Nothing better for a mid-week pick-me-up than a bit of retail therapy, and at the Cart Sale, you can get a LOT of therapy for just a little cash. Only 10L or less for some really fabulous finds. We’re talking top notch designers, brand new stuff, and rock bottom prices. This is my first time guest blogging the event for The Wash, and one of the things that struck me was how really well made everything I have seen has been. Normally, I shop the event, buy the stuff that catches my eye, and go home a happy camper. This time around, getting to see and try on stuff from so many more designers than my usual shopping budget allows has been phenomenal.
So be sure to make some time and get on over to the Wash. The event runs to the 28th of September, so you have plenty of time to explore. Lag has been great this year, I’ve had no problems getting around whenever I’ve been there. Still – drop the heavily scripted/high ARC items before you go just to give yourself the best experience.
