Out with the old, In with the new!

We have another peek at some of the goodies waiting for you at the Springtalicious Cart Sale event currently happening at The Wash sim. This is a great time to do a little spring cleaning of your own on your SL inventory – pack up all those lovely cold weather items and restock your closets (and home!) with some beautiful new things that reflect the change in seasons and new start this time of year so often heralds. The Cart Sale makes it easy – at only 10L a pop for most items, you really cant go wrong with adding an infusion of color and brightness to your corner of SL.

While you are there, several of the home team stores are also throwing special sales, so be sure to check them out.

Springtalicious Cart Sale is awash in color!

Its here! Its here! The Wash is back with the fantabulous Springtalicious Cart Sale Event! The sun is shining, the flower are starting to bloom, and The Wash has amazing deals on everything you could possibly need to kick start the warmer weather!

I have been wandering the sim a bit this evening, checking out all the different merchant kiosks and one thing that struck me is how vibrant everything looks this round. There is a riot of color and textures and some really beautiful items available right now – I’m not sure if its just that I was getting so tired of the winter blues, or what, but it is a real treat for the eyes just to window shop the carts. Of course, the best part is that if something catches your eye, its only 10L! (Ok, its maybe 50L, since some of the merchants have special 50L items out…but still, not gonna break the bank.)

The Springtalicious Cart Sale is a limited time event – only 2 weeks this round, from March 29th to April 12th, so be sure to come down and check things out.

There’s a bloomin’ good time at The Wash!

Its only day 2 of the Springtalicious Cart Sale event currently open at The Wash, and the sim has been hopping! If you are not familiar with the Wash sim, it is a terrific place to drop by and explore. At the core of the sim, there is a lovely shopping complex filled with the “home team” stores who are there year round, as well as an amusement park full of rides and games, and the folks who run the sim keep it in gorgeous shape – it changes with the seasons and you never know when you might find a little garden nook to relax in or a lovely beachside spot to get some sun. Additionally, there is a section of the sim set aside for gacha resales, which can be a lot of fun to poke around in.

Right now, with the Cart Sale happening, the streets of the Wash are lined with kiosks that are absolutely chock full of great spring-related items you can pick up for 10L. There are also a few special 50L items on some of the carts, as added incentive to do a little shopping. The Springtalicious Cart Sale is a limited time event – after April 12th, some of these items will never be seen again and others will be available at full price once more.

Goodbye, Winter – Hello, Springtalicious Cart Sale!

Have you heard the news? Spring has come to the Wash, in the form of the Springtalicious Cart Sale event! The sim streets are filled with about 60 kiosks of the latest, brightest, most winter-blues-chasing spring items to help you make the seasonal transition. Everything is 10L (with a few special 50L items tossed in for good measure), so you can go wild without having to feel guilty for cracking open your piggy bank. The event runs from March 29th to April 12th, so there is plenty of time to come down and meander through the sun-filled streets while you check out all the goodies we have for you.

Spring has Sprung at the Springtalicious Cart Sale Event!

Its that time of the year, folks – the days are getting longer, the weather is warming up, the snow is mostly gone (finally!) and those first, tender green signs of Spring are all around us. Welcome to the Springtalicious Cart Sale event at The Wash! The whole sim is abuzz with gorgeous light colors, beautiful prints and patterns, and all kinds of yummy things to help you welcome the start of a new season. Even the street-side merchant kiosks got a facelift this round, so everything looks new and shiny.

This round we have about 60 delightful merchants participating, bringing together an amazing collection of clothing for both ladies and gents, as well as a few offering for the kidlets out there. There are beautiful home furnishing items to help spruce up your space after a long, cold winter and all kinds of bits and bobs you absolutely cannot live without (and didn’t even know you were missing!).

Over the next few days, we will be highlighting some of the Springtalicious Cart Sale items here on the blog. There is so much more to see and do at the sim itself, consider us merely an sneak peek – you do not want to miss coming down and taking a stroll along the streets yourself because there is no telling just what you might find stashed away in one of the carts.

As always, everything is 10L, with the added bonus this round of a special 50L item. Not all merchants have a 50L item out, but the majority do, so be sure to look around for what kind of deals they are offering!
