I’m off to a late start (Darn you RL!!), but hold onto your hats, boys and girls – the summer edition of the Cart Sale has begun! We have an amazing lineup of designers taking part in this round and over the next week or so, I will be lucky enough to get to show off some of the fantastic things they have created to help celebrate the summer season this year. I know, I say that every Cart Sale, but its true nonetheless – our folks are pretty talented at what they do and each time they manage to impress me more and more with their sale offerings.
If you are new to the whole Cart Sale concept, its pretty easy: The event is hosted by The Wash several times a year. Some events are themed, others we let the designers run wild. This particular round is dedicated to summertime – think hot, sunny days and warm, star-filled nights spent just lazing around enjoying yourself. The designers have their carts lining the streets of the Wash sim and all items are a measly 10L. Yep, that’s not a typo – 10L per item!
Now this super summer goodness won’t last forever – although I have to admit the idea of an endless summer sounds really nice in theory. The event runs from today (June 21st) to July 5th, so get your sun-baked buns on down to the Wash and take advantage of this fabulous summer event before its too late. =)
